Lowest sodium chicken broth
Hard to find, but the lowest chicken broth I have seen in the grocery stores in made by President’s Choice Blue Menu. With only 50 mg sodium per cup it is right on target for helping Canadians lower their sodium consumption.
Does sea salt contain iodine? It has been the only salt I’ve been using for a very long time and I have hypothyroidism .

It depends, it isn’t regulated so it would depend on where it was harvested and produced. In general it contains less. Its why i only use iodized table salt.
