Cocoa Nibs
Cocoa nibs are what chocolate is made from, minus the sugar and milk products. They aren’t sweet. I repeat they aren’t sweet. They aren’t even close to being called sweet but they do contain a ton of flavanols, more than any other version of chocolate or even natural cocoa powder.
These flavanols can help lower your blood pressure by making your blood less sticky.
Cocoa nibs aren’t for a chocolatey snack; I use them as an ingredient in Triple Chocolate Brownie Cookies as well as adding them to my morning bowl of cereal.. Click here for the Triple chocolate Brownie cookie recipe.

Try Longos for the unsweetened natural cocoa powder and a good health food store should carry cocoa nibs.
Peace, love and fibre,
