Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Makes - ¼ cup (50 mL)
Serves - 4 - 1 tbsp. (15 mL) per serving

1 tbsp. (15 mL) orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. (15 mL) canola oil
1 tbsp. (15 mL) apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. (15 mL) honey
1 tsp. (5 mL) Dijon mustard

1. Whisk together in a small bowl. Serve or store in fridge for up to 2 days.

Each 1 tbsp. (15 mL) serving contains
50 Calories, 3.5 g Total fat, 0 g Sat Fat, 0 g Trans Fat, 15 mg Sodium, 7 g CHO, 0 g Fiber, 0 g Protein


Basic Fantastic Frozen Yogurt
Makes - 2 cups (500 mL)
Serves - 4 - ½ cup (125 mL) servings
Kid Friendly

2 cups (500 mL) frozen unsweetened fruit or berries, see sidebar
1 cup (250 mL) low fat probiotic French vanilla yogurt

1. Put the frozen fruit or berries and the yogurt into the bowl of a food processor. Put on the lid and blend till smooth, pulsing occasionally. Its going to be noisy, but its totally worth it.

2. Serve immediately. Too cinchy.

Each ½ cup (125 mL) serving contains:
