Hi – Have your book Ultimate Healthy… and took a cooking course with you and Tom Filipo (SP??). Anyway – I lost the pomegranate and Ribena salad dressing. I know it is in the newer version (my girlfriend has the later edition but she is away). Can you add this to your site please?
It is a huge favourite.
Thanks – Love your recipes and as my friends start to look for healthier recipes, I recommend your book. It is the best if you care about taste!
Mairlyn: We have blueberries on our oatmeal about 5 days a week all year. The wild frozen ones are good when we cannot get fresh ones. The best blueberries are always the ones you pick ( Ont. N.S. or B.C.) and have not travelled. One summer day in Nova Scotia my husband, my sister in law and I picked two- 2 litre containers of blueberries with out even moving from a 5 ft circle. Her husband has a large blueberry field near Amherst. The only problem is that we have to watch out for the bears. They also love them. Keep bringing us easly delightlful recipes like the one this morning on Breakfast television. {My sister in law made a blueberry pie as we were packing to leave and we had it hot with vanilla ice cream.}
