Recipes for the Prairie Organic Vodka Infusions

Recipes From: www.prairievodka.com

Pour all of the vodka into a large jar that has a tight fitting lid. Set the vodka bottle aside you’re going to need it in a couple of days. ( NOTE: Use one bottle of vodka per recipe – or mix it up and use smaller bottles with less vodka for a more intense flavour – see picture below)

Add the bells and whistles (see below) secure the lid tightly, store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Strain out the bells and whistles and pour the infused vodka into the empty vodka bottle, secure cap tightly and store in the freezer.

Recipes with the Bells and Whistles:

Strawberry /Basil

9 strawberries, sliced

5 leaves of fresh basil

  • Serve with club soda

Jalapeño/horseradish/garlic

1 jalapeño, sliced

1 tablespoon horseradish, coarsely grated

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • Perfect in a Caesar

Espresso/cinnamon

3 tablespoons whole espresso beans or coffee beans

3 sticks cinnamon

  • Try with a White Russian, use 1%-2% milk instead of cream

Lemon/lime

Remove rind from one lemon and one lime, discard rind – it will make the infusion very bitter

Slice each into smaller pieces

  • Refreshing with tonic or soda (soda has no sugar)
